Checking for mail:

• We will bring your mail into the property, or have it forwarded to your location.

Walking the outside:

• Inspecting Access points for intrusion (windows/doors/enclosures)
• Problems with landscaping
• Ground level visible inspection of gutters and roofing
• Damage to outside equipment
• Turn water on/off to check facilities inside
• Visual pool inspection

Inside the property:

• All ceilings, walls, windows and doors for leaks or damage
• Run all faucets, run garbage disposal, and flush all toilets
• Check refrigerator(s) for proper operation
• Make sure thermostats are working and at pre-set temperature
• Inspect for insect or pest activity
• Inspect garage, circuit breaker panel for any tripped breakers
• Inspect hot water heater for leaks
• Inspect visible parts of the AC system for leaks

Photos of the property are included with each report.  When the agent is finished our report gets emailed to you.

Pricing is based on the size of the property and additional services.

All new customers who sign a 1 year or longer contract with us will receive a new Nest indoor network camera.  We will set it up on your home network so you will be able to see your home anytime you want on your phone or computer.
